The Logistics Alchemists is a Costa Rican, female- and family-owned company founded by a mother and her two daughters—three women deeply rooted in Tamarindo and passionate about creating unforgettable experiences.
With decades of combined experience in event planning, hospitality, construction, and design, we bring a rare blend of precision, creativity, and local know-how to every retreat, conference, or celebration we support.
